Welcome!

Welcome to my blog where I’ll post (mostly) about improving my health and fitness.  I’ll post about the wins and losses I come across as I try to get healthier – eating better, exercising more, losing weight, etc.  I’m hoping that someone may be in my same situation – middle aged, getting heavy, spending too much time on the couch, etc. and get some small amount of inspiration from my experiences.  And, if not inspiration, maybe a pointer here or there on what to do (or more likely, what not to do!).  Take a look… make a comment… hopefully you can find something useful.  Drop me a line, I’d love to hear from you with comments, questions, or suggestions.
