I’m not trained or certified in anything that I write about.  I’m just a guy writing about stuff.  You should definitely look around for more information and consult a professional with a lot of initials after their name before trying any exercise program, altering your diet or just about any other lifestyle change you think about making.  And then, consider all the risks of what you’re going to do.  Make no mistake, a lot of exercise is dangerous.  Not dangerous like kicking in the door at a crack house, but dangerous like you can get hurt – cyclists are hit by cars every day.  Runners, too.  Every sport has its risks.  So, remember that whatever decision you make is yours and yours alone.  Big boys and girls make their own decisions and accept responsibility for the outcome.  Even here in ‘merica where everyone seems to want to blame someone else and sue someone for something!
